Mulyadi Janto is a seasoned professional with a distinguished track record in property development. His educational journey includes a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with Honors from Monash University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
Mulyadi’s career is marked by significant leadership roles across top-tier property development companies. He currently serves as the CEO/President Director of PT Prospero Pro Technica in Jakarta, where he spearheads the company’s growth and strategic initiatives in the property sector.
Prior to his current role, Mulyadi was the Head of Strategic Planning and Business Development at PT Lippo Karawaci. In this capacity, he was instrumental in crafting and executing the company’s strategic vision, driving business growth, and positioning the organization as a leader in the market. Before that, as the Head of Property Indonesia at PT RGE Indonesia, Mulyadi oversaw complex real estate development projects nationwide, managing everything from technical assessments to financial planning. This included a venture into logistics with a warehouse in Cakung, East Jakarta, which features modern logistics facilities for major tenants like LG and Shopee. His leadership extended to directing teams across business development, strategic planning, project management, sales & marketing, finance, and legal functions.
Adding to his extensive portfolio, Mulyadi also made a significant impact at PT Farpoint Prima, where he was deeply involved in several high-profile projects, namely Sequis Tower, Verde 2, The Hundred, and The Loggia. His tenure there was marked by his ability to navigate complex development challenges, particularly in the luxury and high-rise property segments, further enhancing his reputation as an expert in premium real estate development.
With a career defined by strategic leadership, in-depth industry knowledge, and a commitment to excellence, Mulyadi Janto continues to be a key influencer in Indonesia’s property development landscape.
